Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I'm a casual lap swimmer but a previous swim suit I bought elsewhere didn't last in the chlorine. I bought this suit for the modest price and hopefully will not wear out. Fits snug the way it should, but not too tight.
