Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This training brief does exactly what it is supposed to do: used for swim practices and fitness training. It also works great for waterpolo practices and games. It’s a bit more minimal than other swim briefs but that’s what waterpolo suits are supposed to be. I sure don’t want my opponent to be able to grab ahold of my suit during a match. Also the suit is very strong and durable, which again is essential for waterpolo games. As for fitness swimming, it serves my lap swimming regimens quite well.
