Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Love the colors, scoop neck, scoop neck. I swim labs, do water aerobics classes,deep water jog, I’m over 70, at 5’3”and 125lb.My number one issue with this suit is the loose elasticitiy in the leg openings.Therefore, I had to return the suit as the leg openings were loose with no elasticity to hold them in place around my leg.☹️ So I would say the suit is not true to size.
