I love these cuffs- they’re not weighted, but do add the resistance needed in the water! They are easily adjustable and can be clicked together to wear as a belt or to hang to dry.

Great quality only negative is the strap that goes on bottom of foot is very uncomfortable, the Velcro scratches foot!

Although I was initially surprised at how large they are, but these Sporti Heavy Resistance Aqua Cuffs are such an excellent and much needed addition to my water exercises. There are lightweight to carry but in the water, wow, they give you an effective, but non-cumbersome weight workout. Highly recommend.
