      Works well. Chlorine will eventually split buckles though.

      Moved up from a medium resistance cuff to this heavy resistance cuff for my deep water running and aerobic workouts. I haven't noticed a significant difference between the medium and heavy cuff. But I am pleased- strong velcro & solid fit.

      These work great. Time will tell, but they should be much more durable than my exposed foam old ones. And price was fantastic.
