Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

My company requires these for our uniform, fits better than most swim shorts I've worn and it's cheaper to buy them online than through work. Great at protecting from sun, however you should get 2-3 to have in a rotation as they can get sun damaged easily if worn multiple shifts in a row. They are pretty much standard shorts that any guy would wear in today's society with a smaller inseam. The length of the inseam helps these shorts to be out of the way and more flexible during rescues. I normally wear mediums in men's however small is what fit best so check sizing.
