Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Love the colors, the fit is ok, my usual 34 seems a bit loose across the chest... Have not worn it yet to swim in but am sure it will perform like my other Sporti suits of this style.
