Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I like this suit. To be fair I only wear it to our Sunday Morning Swim, which is an informal not as rigorous work out. I wear it because it's fun and my swim group all got some. I would not recommend these for competition as the fit isn't tight enough, that being said it is very comfortable for a casual workout. The fit is comfortable and not too small/tight.
