Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

My son is very picky about his suits for swim practice, but he's been really enjoying these Sporti jammers. They hold their shape well and don't move around very much as he's swimming. The pattern options are great too, I was wasting around $40 for fun jammers on Amazon - he'd wear them for about a month and then they would feel too stretched out and he wouldn't want to wear them anymore. Very happy with these!
