Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Wow, I do love the print design and it looks gorgeous. I looked like a betta fish or similar to mermaid colors.
2nd is the new swim cap is very good design and it looks like USA national colors; red, white and blue.
