Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is my second cap with fossils. The first one was stolen by a psychopath who’s not a swimmer but liked the fossils, apparently. Fits well. Slides on over hair easily with out air spaces on my crown. Very cool cap!!!

I like that the edge is thicker so it seems less likely to snap/rip and it’s a newer matrix design that’s supposed to help with hair snagging. I’m excited to use it.
