I was so enthusiastic to receive the water weight bar. It was preforming well and I could feel the extra pull that strengthens and tightens muscles and flab, but in two days the cap had popped off of the end of the pole so I was quite distraught. I think since I leave it pool side at my condo, someone may have tampered with it. Most likely kids, although i don’t like pointing fingers . The beauty is that i will be receiving a free replacement. I cannot wait!! It is doing wonders for this 74 year old swimmer who loves water exercising. Buy it, it works!
