Customers say this pool bar float serves multiple purposes in the water. Many reviews mention using it for swim instruction, with both children and adults finding it helpful for building confidence and practicing strokes. The length receives mixed feedback - some find it ideal for exercises while others note it's too long for easy transport. Common feedback includes its versatility for water exercises and good buoyancy. While most users appreciate its durability, some report issues with end caps coming loose. Love these Fitness Bar Floats

I have used this bars in my deep water and shallow water fitness classes. I find that taking them below the water and using them for push-ups, pressing them out and then in toward your body are challenging. I have used in the canoe moves while traveling forward and backwards, using the ends to target toward the opposite toes. They are great on the surface of the pool for body twists. I also have my students sit on them for balance, while performing opposite elbows to knees and opposite toes. The opposite heels behind you, takes a little more balance.

I am still working out routines using these weights. I know I can use them as a swim bar, to add kicks to the back. I really enjoy using these.
