      Once you add thin neoprene socks, they are very good

      It takes some tweaking, but once you add thin neoprene socks to get a fit that is snug, there are no hot spots and you can truly control the strength of the kick, from passive to full power from the hip. My leg strength is much better, and by doing underwater dolphin kicks slowly, my overall form and back strength have greatly improved. I had worn out my Kiefer fins, but these with the socks are much better.

      A real game changer for me

      Was encouraged to add fins to my gear in order to work on my butterfly dolphin kick. The feeling with these fins was tremendous and it is strengthening my entire core and legs in a very natural way. These are long fins and move a lot of water, and it is great for slowing down your kick and drawing you into the technique for a strong dolphin kick versus just kicking away like a total spazz!
