Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Swim leggings are well constructed and offer a complete leg cover up which is what I wanted in the Intense sun. The pool where I take outdoors aqua classes is in intense tropical sun. The fit is snug and good fir exercise: the colors, I ordered 4, are beautiful.
