Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Purchased these leggings for aqua aerobics in outdoor pool for extra warmth. Ordered extra large which fit OK. I am almost 6ft. They certainly gave me warmth while in our cool outdoor pool. They also dried relatively quickly unlike my previous cotton ones. I would purchase another pair.
