Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This top is super cute and the tie dye is a great pattern and I get compliments all the time. I did buy this to swim laps because it says "active" like the others I have bought (sporti brand). Not sure if this is the best for laps as the tie makes it a little less tight and the the top doesn't fit too well when kicking off the wall, I was always worried about coverage. I got a small and I'm a 34 with an A cup so maybe it will fit others with a larger cup....
