Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I got this top to do lap swimming . I’m a little modest and don’t like to wear a high cut so I have boy shorts that I swim in but wanted an athletic top. Most tankini tops have a flare at the bottom or the top don’t allow for overhead movement and range of motion when swimming. This top is perfect. It’s also very flattering and so I also could wear it to yoga with leggings.
