      I sized down one size and probably could have gone down two. It only took 10 min to throw on. Straps were actually comfortable which is important for me because i have broad shoulders and I actually have a chest. I wore it for the whole meet. The legs don't have that plastic strip either so they don't hurt. I dropped time on all my events so I liked it.

      This is my daughter's favorite tech suit. She says she feels really fast. She is 5'1" and 125 lbs and gets size 25 or 25L.
