Good full length swim fins.
I wear size 10.5 shoes. The XL fins fit well. Fins are rubber, not plastic, and are appropriately flexible. I think they will be durable

Speedo swim fins
These fins have been my favorite for decades. I like the feel and fit. I swim with them on my entire program. These fins provide a great workout. My only complaint is the foot pocket corners rip. Eventually you have to replace. I go through 2 pair a year. I have tried other brands and come back to these. Someone told me to try Cresi fins.
