Great paddle!
These are interesting because they're contoured. I liked the idea of them, and I can honestly say they work so well! I wasn't sure if they were going to resist the water as well I'm used to but they did great! I can tell my pull exercises and going really well using these!

Great paddles and they make you fast
I love these paddles. I remember using something similar when I was on swim team. I like the holes because it lets water through so you don’t pull your shoulder if you have a bad stroke here and there. They improve your stroke as well. Plus they make you super fast. I definitely recommend these
