    Best one in the biz~

    I love this nose plug: it stays on, is comfortable and protects my sinuses from all the drying chlorine causes. I recommend buying a blue one (not clear!) because the clear one will get lost in the water as you can't see it very well. This comes from experience!

    And a side note: for years and years I suffered sinus infections. In my mid 30s a kindly older gentleman doctor told me sinus infections begin because the sinus get dried out from all the chlorine: it's a perfect environment for an infection. I've never had on since then. Great advice!
