    great aid for increasing intensity and speed

    These are fun to add to my daily routine. They create additional force and my shoulders and back feel the harder work out as I glide through the water. They are easy to put on and hold in place perfectly.

    It seems pull buoys are

    It seems pull buoys are always changing to build up and isolate the muscles used for pulling. Used below pace and with purpose these pull-ers will probably last as long as my last ones. 5 years. And the only thing that “gave” in my old ones were the plastic tubing. The style was already obsolete so I got these. Which are fine. True to medium fit. Sturdy quality.
