    ||how is it as a floatation device?...does his head go under a bit?...and if he gets tired will this keep him afloat?...thx

    holds the weight

    I like the way this vest wraps the body. The only thing that I see now that I own it is that I wish it had something to help keep the head above water. But that may not be possible by design. I am very happy that it is not bulky.
