This suit is incredible. It is very tight, though! If you're in between sizes or on the upper limit of the size chart, I would definitely size up. My 14 yo boy (6'1" and 150 lbs), tall/slim/ athletic build needed an hour to squeeze into a small and within a short time it was hurting to wear because it is so compressive. The medium is not much larger and took about 30 minutes to get on.

The tech suit itself is good. We've actually bought two, one small and one medium, and was not able to return the small one just because there is a bit baby powder on it. For your sizing reference, my son is of a slim body build (6'1'' and 160 lb).
Initially we got size small since my son's waist and hip measurements are about 2 inches smaller than the right-hand-side boundaries for size small. But he couldn't pull the suit past his hip -- the issue is in either hip or thigh. We returned it via mail and the return was rejected because there was baby powder on it. But it looks to me baby powder is necessary for putting on a tight tech suit. We then bought size M.
What I learned is if you are not sure of the size and want to save money, either buy from a store with more lenient return policy (definitely not swimoutlet), or try a suit without using baby powder unless you are sure you can fit in.
