      Communication is terrible

      The spine board was what I ordered. The problem was with the communication. They did not send a confirmation email that was easily accessible. I had to set up an account. Anytime I wanted to see the status of the delivery I had to log in. There was no email telling me if it had been shipped or not. I ordered another product and they canceled the order and I had no idea. I didn’t even get a link for this product to create an account.

      It is a complete fail and I won’t be ordering from them again if at all possible.
