      not the right size

      The return process for these shoes is/was easy and painless. They simply were not wide enough for my feet. I have a birth defect in the feet and they need really wide shoes -- which these do not qualify as being, at least for me. The customer service person suggested that I check a couple other shoe brands....They gave me a store credit which means I must find "the impossible right width" via online shopping!
