This swimsuit might be perfect for me. It sits on top of my hip bone, yet there is coverage in the front. I am overweight and carry weight down low, so finding a suit that sits higher on the hips without my extra mass showing in the front has been very difficult. And i really don't like the conservative cut suits that sit below the hip. I find them uncomfortable for lap swimming, especially for doing the butterfly. The back of the suit is a bit cheeky, but I don't mind it at all. And it doesn't give me a wedgie.
The built in bra is where it's really at. I have a large chest, but pretty much every suit with a built in bra has the band sit too low on my rib cage and/or it's too large around the rib cage. The sports bra style of the back of the suit give a lot of support and holds everything in place. I felt very secure and covered, even during flip turns. I never once felt like I had to adjust my suit.
I can't speak yet to how well it holds up, but it's a polyester suit, so in theory should do really well. It wasn't the easiest to get on and off, but I didn't find it that bad. Even with an injured right lat muscle, I was able to get it on and off just fine. And all the fun colors are…
