      Great Exercise

      These fins provide maxim resistance while moving legs walking in water. Have severe back issues. Using these exercise fins in water is the only exercise I can do. Also get a set of the hand / arm resistance bells and you will have a great workout while walking in water or standing in place. Being submerged in water up to your neck takes all pressure and weight off of your lower back.
