They fit pretty well...there is a grippy fabric that attaches to the inside for non-slippage. I appreciated the exercise sheet that came with it for upper extremities as well.

Since fracturing my foot and ankle a few years ago, I have not been able to wear regular fins because of horrible foot cramping every time I tried. These Aqualogix fins are very awkward at first, but give an amazing workout. My legs were stronger immediately. Takes work and strength, so don't use daily.

Only 4 stars because there is a bit of an adjustment getting a comfortable fit that also keeps the blades from hitting the other ankle. Switched to these from fins for better flip turning and other exercises I do in the pool while not cranking out strokes. After about two weeks I have noticed they challenge more than fins which assist, these add a better work out on the legs and arms, which I did not expect... thought they might assist like fins, nope they work you harder.
