These are great! My gym had some older versions and I wanted to get my own and found these. I use them in the therapy pool doing water aerobic exercises. Very happy with them and the quick delivery.

I bought these for water aerobics. They add resistance for my legs. I could also put them on my wrist but use mostly on legs. Great product!

These feel like state of the art in water exercise equipment, great resistance without overtaxing the knee. You control the work with your speed. I have small ankles and I did NOT have a fit problem. I also have no problem with the fins getting tied up with the fins on the other ankle. I do not use these for laps. I use for leg strengthening exercises and light swim exercise.

I have an older version of these.I use them for leg work.I find it hard to tighten them enough to keep the cuffs from slipping around on my ankles, but I cut off the overlap - about four inches - and they're more stable now.

The way the Velcro design allows for adjustment based on the size of the angle which is great… Unfortunately, if you have a very large ankle like mine, you end up with a rough part of the Velcro rubbing against your skin which is not pleasant. The manufacturer should really include some kind of a filler they can be placed against that Velcro to prevent that. I'll probably just have to wear socks in the future, but still, overall very pleased
