Prior to Covid, I did water aerobics at a facility that used the Aqualogix bells and I really liked them. They are easier on the hands to hold as compared to the barbells. When we resumed class post pandemic, no place was using them and I did not know where to find them. I was glad to see them being offered through Swim Outlet and I ordered the lowest weight ones immediately. They feel light but when the watter rushs through the opening there is a lot of resistence. I am happy with them.
