      Hydro-Fit Hand Buoys

      Hydro- Fit Buoys are the only ones I use for water aerobics. I do water aerobics for 1 hour a day/4 days a week. Best on the market.

      Love these.

      These are my absolute favorite weights for water exercise. I participate in water aerobics and a majority of people in the class prefer them as well, even though a variety of other sizes and brands are available to use. They can be hard to find so I was thrilled to find them on Swim Outlet.
