      They work great. Very easy to put on and take off. Well made.I wish they made an easy off/on in a heavier weight as these are very light.

      HydroFit mini cuffs

      The mini cuffs are very useful, especially when traveling, and they provide nearly as much resistance and flotation as the larger cuffs. I have bought Hydro-Fit cuffs in the past, and they last for many years.

      Water Aerobics Class

      These are perfect for my water aerobics class. The YMCA uses this brand so I was already using them and knew what I was getting. I have small ankles and like that these can fit tightly.
