The mini cuffs are very useful, especially when traveling, and they provide nearly as much resistance and flotation as the larger cuffs. I have bought Hydro-Fit cuffs in the past, and they last for many years.

These are perfect for my water aerobics class. The YMCA uses this brand so I was already using them and knew what I was getting. I have small ankles and like that these can fit tightly.

The wrist weights were the original product, but at five dollars less than the usual price. Although there is no apparent problem with the Velcro straps, daily use should be the acid test.
