I use them for therapy for my broken fifth metatarsal. They help my balance in the water.

Found these on a Friday and ordered them. Next class was Monday afternoon. 30 minutes before leaving for class they were delivered! SwimOutlet really impressed me.
I’ve used these cuffs in aerobic water classes for years. After being away from H2O classes 10+ years I was able to find a full size 92° therapy pool. I needed this as a doctor had disfigured my foot making walking painful. The movement classes were good but I knew I needed more challenge. The equipment provided, including these cuffs, was worn out. A search engine brought me to SwimOutlet where they were available on final sale. Not cheap for a no-return item but I knew these were far superior to the $20-$30 foam ones on Amazon.
I’ve been 100% satisfied with these and SwimOutlet. The only con I can point to is carrying these to and from the pool required a honking huge gym bag! Once wet and in the bag along with a wet towel, suit and shoes it’s heavy enough to cause the seat alarm to sound.
If you are considering these I recommend them.

Cuffs work well. I purchased cuffs with snaps versus velcro. I used velcro in physical therapy and the snaps were suggested. Good price and excellent fast shipping

These weights are really a 4 way workout. They can be used around your waist, your hands/wrists, upper arms and ankles. Best of all - they dry in no time at all!
