      Impractical

      Not sure why this was designed with a twist top instead of a pop top like water bottles. Might work well for running when it's possible to hold the flat with one hand and and use the other hand to twist the top open but that's not as easy while biking. The container is very pliable. Pro: It might fit better in a small top tube storage unit. Con: Probably would work best if it's filled to the top rather than with a smaller amount of gel. Overall, less than thrilled with this compared to one I used 10 years ago.
