      Excellent training tool!

      I have been looking at this for a while. I got it and used it for the first time yesterday and it is something that will stay in my toolbox. Really noticed the drag and really helped my workout. Just wish I had gotten this sooner. I'll use it a couple of times a week easily (I usually swim 4-5 times a week).
