      Also for women with small hands!

      I can really tell that these paddles will help to improve my technique. I've already learned some things about my "catch." These are a great size for women who have small hands.

      Good and effective product

      I have used the paddles for two weeks, and they have already improved my stroke. I bought the junior size after reading a reviewer's recommendation on this size for small hands. These paddles give the right amount of resistance to strengthen my stroke and not overwork my shoulders. I highly recommend this product.
