    These paddles have helped my so much! From entry to pull, I love how they will let me know if I get too lax! Also adds resistance.

    Assists with Technique without Injury

    These paddles are mostly for freestyle. They are an excellent way to improve form on your catch, extension and pull through. If you use them correctly, they will reward you, but if you enter the water wrong, they will fall off to remind you to do better. They don't cause shoulder injury like other paddles.
