EQ Swimwear Tahitian Black Maternity Tankini Top

I bought this tankini for lap swimming while pregnant and I have not been disappointed. It is durable, comfortable and fits great! I wanted a suit that would cover my belly and give me the flexibility to wear it at all stages of my pregnancy. It stays put and has a drawstring at the bottom so you can cinch it under your belly. I originally bought the top and bottom in M (I am 5"6, 125 lbs 34B pre-pregnancy; I have gained 15 lbs and 3 bra sizes) and it was too baggy in the bust especially the pink seam underneath the bust. I kept the M bottoms, but exchanged the top for a S which is still comfortable and has enough room for my expanding belly but doesn't sag in the chest.

For swimming while pregnant, comfort is priority but a cute suit sure helps a woman feel good too! This suit fits the bill in both categories. It is very functional for lap swimming. As an amateur triathlete, I wanted something that I could use through the 2nd and 3rd trimesters for lap swimming. This suit provides great coverage and the design is rather appealing for a maternity swimsuit. I have had other suits from Target and other online retailers but this one is definitely higher quality and better looking than any of the others I have tried! I highly recommend this maternity swimsuit for keeping fit during pregnancy!

I got this over the one piece because it overall is much easier to put on and take off! I got the size M, and pre pregnancy I was a size 8 in women''s at about 150 lbs and 5ft 8in. Now I am 27 weeks pregnant, and have gained about 20 lbs and have been using this about 2 times a week for lap swimming for the past 5 weeks. The top was too big for me, pre-pregnancy I was a 36 B bra size and would say I''m a full C cup now and the top is still too big. I ended up tailoring it to fit my smaller chest, and I like the tighter fit for lap swimming anyway. It fits great over my bump, snug without being tight and the drawstring helps a lot, the top never comes up even when I do filp turns. I like that there is still room to grow, which is good because I''ve still got 13 weeks or so. Overall very good quality, not see through at all and I like that I can use this for recreational outings too and it doesn''t look like a lap suit.
