DeSoto T1 Speedvest

I like DeSoto's concept, though still not happy with the upper torso lateral compression. It bought this larger size than my original T1 speedvest. I will probably wear it again in very cold conditions, but normally 68 degrees and above, not.

Easy-on, easy off, a little core insulation and complete shoulder mobility. What more do you need?

I would not be able to swim without this top in the winter. Once it gets in the 50's air temp wise I use it and it keeps mu core so warm. It fits right over your suit and is very comfortable. I love it! the only thing is that if you swim a lot and swim in chlorinated water it will only last about 1 year. It's not cheap but well worth it to keep swimming outdoors.

The speed vest adds just enough warmth to be comfortable in the pool. The fit is perfect and it looks good. Plus I can pair it with my DeSoto T1 bib for open water swims. It remains to find out how well the vest lasts in the chlorinated pool.
