These really help me swim better by improving at posture and kick method. Freestyle you swim more horizontally which is better to swim. Highly recommended.

These are great lightweight fins, fit well, very comfy. At least on one foot. I have nerve damage on the other foot and just cannot tolerate a fin. But if you are looking for comfort, lightweight, responsive, easy to wear, these are excellent.
