These goggles last about a year before the rubber around the eye starts wearing out. The straps didn't break in a year. We weren't paying close attention and missed that stuff was growing in the crevices so be sure to dry them out in between uses.

These are the best goggles I have tried. They never leak and don't hurt my eyes after wearing them for extended periods. They leave only very faint marks after a 90 minute swim. I wish Arena would make these with more light bright tints. I swim indoors and love the clarity of clear or light tints/mirrors. I prefer light tinted or mirrored because it brightens my surroundings and hides my eyes a little bit.
