In order to not leak they need to be fairly snug, which normally isn’t an issue, but after 20min the pressure can be painful. When I stop between sets and lift them to alleviate pressure they don’t always suction back, so leak while swimming. Bummer because 1. They are so clear when they don’t leak, and 2. Color is very cute to me.
