I like this pull bouy for my hand paddle portion of my swim training. I can hold it better than the asymmetric Speedo pull bouy that I’ve used for the last couple of years. I also feel that the Arena bouy allows my legs to sink a bit more above the waterline and therefore produces a bit more drag for my workout. Highly recommended it for rec swimming workouts!
