This pull buoy provides just the right amount of buoyancy assistance without compromising your core muscles to work keeping your legs horizontal when swimming. I also don't appreciate any significant drag effect with the pulling routine during my workout. What I really like about this pull buoy is its symmetrical end design. It allows me to easily flip turn into a backstroke pull without having to stop and rotate the buoy which is required with the asymmetrically designed Speedo Team Pull Buoy. The Arena Freeflow II will be replacing my Speedo Team Buoy.
