Go up a size, great caps
I have 3 of 3D soft caps (black, royal, and yellow). Following other reviews I went up a size (I measure a large per Arenas chart and ordered xl). The caps are very well made and fit snugly but uncomfortable. They stay in place even swimming faster I very rarely have to readjust them after a few laps, unlike other caps I have. Nice clean simple design. My favorite caps to wear for swimming.

great cap
The silicone crunstruction is very good quality. It also looks nicer than a latex cap while wearing. An XL fit perfect and i like to believe I have an averege sized head.
