Got this as a more comfortable option for water aerobics. I’ve only used once so far, and it is WAY more comfortable than my traditional speedo cap. It did not keep my hair completely dry so I’ll need to make some adjustments. It was surprisingly sound-proof. I had to raise it off an ear to hear the instructor. That may have been the source of the leakage. Overall, I recommend this for water aerobics.

This fits really well and it is not too tight on my head. The inside elastic band should keep my earbuds in really well.
