      For tall and long waisted, too!

      I'm 5'7", weigh 120...Other belts for water aerobics that I tried hit me in the rib cage no matter how tightly I adjusted the belt. The fact that the belt is elasticized makes a HUGE difference. The design of this is very good. I am not short waisted or petite, and this works very well pulled in very snug. I imagine that people taller and bigger could also use this belt because of the design of it.

      FIT belt

      This belt is exactly as pictured. The elastic belt is essential! I am 5’5” and weigh around 135, and this belt is plenty big enough.

      Good for smallish people

      I have used this a couple of times and it works pretty well. I am not sure how it would be for a heavier person( I weigh 110) since I feel it has minimum buoyancy. I am new to water walking ( I am usually a lap swimmer) but my physical therapist said that water walking is especially good for back pain and it does almost like traction ! I would recommend it also because it isn’t huge and bulky like some workout belts.
