I'm swimming in De Anza Cove San Diego. In 60 degree water I need to stay warm for a 30 to 60 mim. I've been wearing a 2XU Propel: Wetsuit. I needed a cap that would keep my head and ears warm. A TYR Warm Wear Swim Cap worn under a Zone 3 Neoprene Swim Cap with a mask, keeps my head comfortable for the duration of my swims.
