Excellent Fit, Warmth & Comfort, No Chafing
I’m 5’9”, 170 lbs, with a slim waist and broad shoulders, and the Xcel Men’s Axis 2/1mm Pullover Vest fits perfectly. It stays in place in the water and doesn’t shift at all, which makes a huge difference while paddling and surfing.
The vest offers great protection and anti-rash comfort, and it kept me warm in 70° water without feeling bulky or restrictive. Most importantly, unlike other vests I’ve tried, this one does not chafe my underarms at all, a big win.
Highly recommend this vest for anyone looking for warmth, mobility, and all-day comfort in cooler conditions.
