very flexible runner and just the right thickness, just wish they also had a 365 mile cap for the distance I swim in the go the distance program

Good combination of thickness and elasticity. Starts out kinda slippery but gets better adhesion after a few uses.

I assume this is the standard SwimOutlet swim cap. I just happened to purchase it when I achieved 250 miles in the GTD program. As it turned out, this is my favorite swim cap. Just the right elasticity and thickness. This is my first year to wear a swim cap (and I'm 61), so I'm not an expert on putting it on yet (I still have a full head of hair -- ouch!). If you're looking around for a good cap, try this one (and show off your achievement at the same time)!
