      Best Resistance. Water is 800 times more resistant than air!!!

      I have been using these weights for 5 years. I bought these for a friend who has just started water workouts. She loves them!

      Good for modest resistance, easy to use and to transport

      I use these submerged in the water during aqua jogging. They offer modest resistance and are easy and comfortable to hold. You can adjust the amount of resistance by varying the angle at which you hold them. Having a smaller profile than barbell water weights, they fit easily into a gear bag for transport.

      Very light well designed portable weights

      The TYR Aquatic Resistance Weights are great for arm lifts and muscle sculpting. The easy flow through shallow to mid level pools does not stress the shoulders and challenges your endurance.
